Information for slaughter tree

For the felling of tree(s), you must obtain a certificate of authorization:

With replacement: free of charge

Without replacement: $20/tree

The certificate is valid for a period of 12 months.

The tree must be dead or suffering from an incurable disease;

The tree must be dangerous for the safety of people;

The tree must be a nuisance to the growth and well-being of neighboring trees;

The tree must cause damage to public or private property; The tree must necessarily be felled as part of the execution of public works;

The tree must necessarily be felled for the construction of a construction authorized by this by-law.
